Every pet service provider on the Waggles platform has had to provide a current ‘police clearance’ or ‘working with children check’, accompanied with one form of ID showing a picture and current address to validate their profile. We would also encourage a face to face meet and greet to answer any questions and concerns prior to the walk. This is a platform you can trust.

Pet owners prior to making any booking have to register a valid master, visa or debit card. Once a booking is made, the funds are pre-authorized from the owners account. On completion of the walk, the funds are transferred to the dog walker.

On completion of the service, the Waggles platform transfers the pre-authorised funds from the owner to the dog walker less 17% which includes the transfer fee.

Registering with the Waggles platform for pet owners and individual service providers is absolutely free.
